Senior Controller / Management Assistant (m/f/d)


  • You determine the manufacturing, cost price and full costs of our products and optimise cost unit accounting on an ongoing basis
  • Your colleagues will support you in the creation, maintenance and further development of internal cost and performance accounting
  • Analysing and evaluating project results and business processes are an essential part of your tasks
  • In your role, you will develop and implement controlling and reporting concepts
  • You will also be involved in monthly and annual financial statements and ad hoc analyses
  • You will also be responsible for creating forecasts and plans and deriving recommendations for action
  • You create special analyses for the division management and prepare these in meaningful presentations for the management
  • Supporting the management in the further development of our company processes rounds off your area of activity


  • You have successfully completed a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or industrial engineering, alternatively you have a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an industrial clerk or tax clerk with initial professional experience
  • You love working with numbers and Excel
  • In your day-to-day work, your analytical thinking and structured way of working will help you to maintain an overview
  • As a team player with strong communication skills, you find it easy to liaise with the various specialist departments
