FOCAL POINTS IN THE INTEGRATED TRAINING MODEL
- Specialist company training as an electronics technician for industrial engineering
- Study at the Trier University of Applied Sciences
- Duration: four and a half years (1 year + 7 semesters)
CONTENTS IN THEORY AND PRACTICE
- Basics of power distribution systems in the low and medium voltage range
- Design and implementation of control and automation technology systems
- Combination of practical knowledge and scientific methodology
- Handling of planning documents, concepts and standards
- Ensuring the implementation of quality standards
- Competent implementation of project processes and development topics
PREREQUISITES
- Interest in electrical engineering
- Successful completion of the general higher education entrance qualification or equivalent school education
- Physical and mathematical understanding, logical thinking skills
- Structured, goal-orientated and conscientious way of working
- Team spirit, initiative and motivation
- Basic language skills in English are required
